Yet another bogging/hesitation question

ok, 90 burb, 350, tbi, high miles

have done the fallowing, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, CTS tested bad so it was replaced, o2 sensor replaced, TPS tests ok, i only get 15" of vac but i can't find a leak anywhere.

the rig bogs off idle then picks up and takes off like a raped ape. if i start out slow it starts of ok for a bit then starts to bog, then cleans out and goes fine. obviously on grades, under a load the bogging is worse and it usually downshifts.

a lot of the search results i get on here say that bogging is most likely a fuel problem. could the pump be going bad even though it runs out great past the bogging? if it was carberated i'd say the accelerator pump was bad or out of adj.
