its a small trace of smoke and it smells like gas but the car is not bogging or anything runs like it did before
i was recommended to put the injectors in because i was told that when i do put header on my car it would lean it out a bit

You need to determine if you need more fuel and not just shoot from the hip. Did the plugs show signs of detonation before the injector swap? Did you do any kind of testing be it track, dyno or g-tech?
If i were you I'd pull your too big injectors out that are washing down your rings and put the old injectors back in. Do the adjustable fuel pressure regulator mod to your throttle body and get a fuel pressure gauge. Run the car at the track, a dyno or with an accelerometer increase your pressure 1 psi at a time and determine if you see gains with added fuel pressure. If you do see gains leave the pressure at the point where you saw the biggest gains.
If you insist on running those too big injectors you are going to have to learn to tune, change your injector constant (tells the ECM how big the injectors are) and re-work you fuel tables.
