Well I've never done this myself but from reading many previous posts made on this topic and reading the answers from people such as Grumpy and GlennL98(?) and others it seems that tuning off the o2 sensor is not accurate at all. I believe they referred to it more as simply being able to tell if your air/fuel ratio was lean or rich but not how lean or how rich it was. More of a device showing a switch from lean to rich, but the variances as to how far in either direction are too great to tune off of. I'm sure others will chime in on this too. I think you want to tune in your BLM's to a decent level then lock them and tune off of the INT's, but don't take that tip as gospel because I haven't done it and I'm not positive but from everything I've heard the O2 isn't accurate.

You have a Wide Band, and you have the switching type like what's oem on your car.
Using a WB makes like sweet, you can see exactly where you are, and what's going on.
The switching types are exactly that, all they do is tell you if your richer or leaner then 14.7:1.
The switching types, are effected by EGT, back pressure and barometric pressure, where as the WBs are hardly effected by them.
