Ok here is what I have for my 88 TBI swap.
I have the Lt1 cam from a 97 ss, Vortec heads, and I am getting the eddlebrock performer RPM intake with the adapter plate, the custom chip and I will be getting a new timming chain. Is there anything else I need to know about like miss. stuff? I know I need the gasket for the intake and heads..any specific ones? someone told me I should go with a thinner gasket on the vortecs so I don't loose any compression..is this true? Thanks for your help... oh yea, do I have to do any grinding on the cam to make it work? I know I have seen that somewhere...
