ok mods done please help!

Alright, I got my engine back togather and now I have a really anoying miss, at idle, at normal driving rpm, and WOT. I did change the plugs, the coil, put 1.6 rockers on, and new intake with holley TBI. I pulled 5 out of 8 plugs, cause the other 3 wont come out with out a fabricated tool cause the header is in the way (who designed that?) and one plug gap was .26... the other 4 were .40, I never bothered to check gap when I threw them in but after finding the .26 plug I figured that would have a bit to do with the miss... put it back togather... still have same miss. I am gonna try to get out the other 3 plugs and see how they are. I started to think the wires are bad, but everything was fine before the mods, although it did not leak oil before the mods, now I have a nasty rear main leak... only sat for 2 weeks too. Could it be the coil? It is an intermitent miss, not consistant, it dont seem to miss every single time arould the fireing order... iono... any sugestions?

Not sure what it is but I can give you some ideas. # 1 Did you set your rockers at 0 valve lash? #2 did you get your firing order correct? #3 you need to check plug gap on other 3 plugs, for sure one might be gaped to close or have a hair line piece of crap between the electrodes on the plug ( happened to me once, I refused to believe I screwed up putting them in but it happened!) good luck! hope I helped ya! One other thing about the leak, Do you have your PCV valve hooked up correctly?
