I have a 5.0L TBI 1988 Camaro question. At Idle, shouldn't each injector provide fuel to the engine ? The drivers side injector does but not the pass. side. What should I check ? Or is the pass. injector just clogged and need cleaning? Only code 12 from computer. The engine runs ruff, idling at about 700 rpms and drops to about 500 when put in gear and then usually dies. The car sat in a garage for about a year and after changing plugs, wires, and gas ran good for about 50 miles. I know the gap on the plugs is correct and used AC Delco plugs. Where should I go from here ?

yeah def check that out both injectors should be firing at all times... there is an actuall succesion and timing to when each injector fires, which i dont know, but you should take your TB apart and either clean out the injector or get a new one... if you take them apart though you may want to look into getting a TB rebuild kit! it comes with all gaskets and o-rings you will need..

I say this cause when i took mine apart my larg o-ring came apart and noone sells it seperately so i baught the kit around 30 bucks but i got to replace everything and it included a small spacer for the TB too.
