hey are the lo3 pushrods?
well guys seens u all know im putting lb9 heads and my lo3 motor but i was wondering if the pushrods are the same size or diffrent and which do i use?
also when u wanna change the vavle seal if u take out the vavle spring wont the vavle fall down?or does it saty in place to take out the old and in with the new?

The pushrods are the same. Use whichever you want.
If you want to change the valve seals, put compressed air into the cylinder to keep the valves shut. Take off the springs, install the seals, replace the springs then you can take the air out of the cylinder.

wait a min. are you using self aligning rockers with the l96 heads? if so, you have ot have the pushrod guids opened up. if you are using guideplates, you need to order hardened pushrods.

then be prepared to break pushrods regularly 
going from the l03 heads to the l69 heads, you HAVE to do something. you either a) need new rocker arms b) need to have the pushrod guids drilled out c) drill the guids, and run guideplates, with hardend pushrods, and run no SA rockers.
if you try run the lo3 rockers, with the l69 unmodified, you are screwed. period.
