i recently swapped a lo3 motor a trans from a 89 rs into my 84 body. i used the entire wiring harness, steering colum and dash from the 89 in the swap. was ready to crank my motor up but get nothing from the starter. have tried just about everything but no luck. I have been told it is most likely the vats system. is it possible to have tbichips burn me a chip with vats disabled and crank the car up, or am i going to have to disable through wiring?
any help would be apreciated greatly
