Is it possible to attach a weiand air-scoop to the tbi-unit of my 89 T/A with L03 engine and do you think it does any good?

Flowtech-headers and a Borla Cat-back
System now.
Preparing to do the ultimate mods now.
But i got another question: I've been
reading so much about swapping cams
or heads, doesn't this require a new or
re-programmed chip?
What would be the easy solution to make
some more hp, which parts do i need to
buy?
I'm sick of being hunted by Volkswagen!

It depends what you consider easy.....Easy as in installation, or easy as in makes easy power?
You'll definetely want to swap your rear end to either a 3.42 or 3.73 posi.
As far as making more power, the obvious answer is heads cam and intake. And yes, changing any or all of these requires chip tuning for best results. How much do you want to mod exactly?
I swapped in some 1.6 roller tip rockers and the holley projection intake when I had the 305, and it made a huge SOTP difference. Pretty easy to do, and not as expensive as swapping a cam. But then again, I am sure a cam swap would have yeilded even more gains
