Where exactly is the EGR?
Just have to ask a stupid question. Where is the EGR on an 89 firebird with a 305 TBI? A picture of an EGR would be nice too if anyone has one.

exhaust gas recirculation valve. someone else could explain it much better than i. so im not gonna even try. my mistake i thought you said what is an egr.

As you face your engine it is on the back left side (passenger side). It is the gold UFo looking thing circled in this pic.
