hello everyone,
i am new to the site and i am getting real serious with my current firebird. i have an '89 firebird w/ 5.0L 305 TBI. I want to maxinmize my horsepower. I want any kind of suggestions that everyone might have. From rear-end to radiator, I want to do it all. The one thing is though I want to keep my engine. I have been thinking alot about changing the TBI for maybe a TPI and also the computer of course. I have also been toying with the idea of a supercharger, turbocharger, or ram air induction, or even a blower. I am not sure exactly what would be best for my engine though. I have plenty of time to think it all over and collect as much info as possible before starting my project, for i am currently in iraq. so a list and some suggestions will be very appreciated. Thank you for your time.
