Anyone see this??

I was searching the web and came across this air intake. I know its for trucks, but it would probably fit the LO3 in our Camaros too. Problem is...its way too expensive! Check it out:

That intake would probably work if you could turn it any way you wanted on the TBI unit. You could direct it the way the stock one goes. Actually, it would be best if you could just buy the molded part that attaches to your TBI unit. Then you could fab up your own duct work to direct the air filter down low and out of the way. That thing is way to expensive.

I called them about it when I got my camaro. They say it will not fit a car. I don't know if its a clearence issue with the hood or with the wheel wells. But if you could bend it, it should work. I ended up going with the dual snorkel.

I saw a guy with one on here the other day. He had it in a IN truck. He said the part that goes over the TBI sticks up 5 1/2". Its way too tall for a stock hood. He said the filter that comes with it is shlt. The name of the post was "post your TBI pics" or "Holley 670cfm TBI pics" one or the other. If not here it was on http://www.fbody.com in the 3ed gen section. I'd talk to him about it he said they was all over the web, I sure don't think he gave any $300 something for it, thats a rip off!
