Are you referring to the Holley throttle body or to the ProJection system? I certainly hope you are talking about the throttle body and NOT the ProJection system.

Youll need a better manifold capable of taking advantage of the two inch bores and an adapter if it applies. Youll also need to deal with the linkages being on the wrong side for the throttle and the lack of a place to hook up the cruise control. IIRC you also have the newer style tps as well so youll have to work that out as teh holley will come equiped with an older style tps which uses a different connector. Finally there is some soldering as the delphi injectors on the holley use a different style (and better) connector then the gm injectors do. Pretty much everything you need to do has been discussed before. Do a search. Theres lots of threads that go into great detail about this.

If the engine is near stock you may want to hold off on it. The holley unit is like a q-jet without the primaries. It flows a bit much for your engine if it doesnt have mods. You could probably use it jsut the same since unlike a carb the fueling isnt dependent on the engines ability to pull air through it but your tuning will be off and the overly large tbi may actually hinder performance on a stock l03.
