Need a fuel pump part number

My TBI is not getting enough fuel pressure. When I start it up it will run for about 10secs. and die (no codes). And when I check the fuel pressure it's about 8-9psi at idle and drops even more under load. Tried a new one but samething. I think factory says it should be 9-15 psi. Anyway was wondering if someone had a part number for a framerail pump in the 20psi range? I figure the regulator will cut it back to where it should be.

thanks
David

The regulator will keep the pressure right where it needs to be. What year car do you have. You need in intank pump.
