I just bought the edelbrock tbi intake last night. I think it's a great intake for our cars. It's got egr, is a direct bolt on, has the same plenum depth as the rpm manifolds, the bores are centered, and is basically perfect in every way if you are using the stock 1 11/16 throttle body. The only downside, as shifty stated, is that if your combo needs the bigger 2 inch tbi then you will have to bore it out, but that is a pretty minor thing IMO.

Forgot to mention that it is a great intake for novice intake installers. You literally have to modify nothing. The only thing I can think of is bending the fuel lines a bit.
