Injector/head ??

Trying to find out some info, and i have searched but have not found exactly what i need.

What do 305TPI heads flow?

Will 350 injectors flow enough to feed a 97 lt1 cammed 305 with 1.6rr, 305 TPI heads, edelbrock manifold?

I do not remember the CFM numbers for the 416/081 heads off hand but I do know they drastically improve with some port work. 350 injectors will be more than enough to feed that combo. You can acutally get away with the stock injectors at a super high PSI until they go static. Once you get the tune perfect the 305 injectors will be taxed and bigger ones will be needed.

would it be worth my time to adapt a 454 tb with the 2" diameter on there or should i just port and polish mine? Also, are turbocity products quality?

The new stuff that turbo city has out is pretty good. Their old stuff had some quality problmes and had some warped bases on their units. Their TBI units are not quite 2" but should still suffice for a full heads and cammed 305. The Holley 670 and GM 454 units (both 2") are great choices to go with. Your stock TBI unit even with the ultimate TBI mods becomes a restriction when you have a fairly stout cam, good heads and proper tuning. It is however a good idea to tune with the stock TBI unit at first to get your combo dialed in. Adding the larger TBI unit will create more tuning but be a lot easier sicne you had the car somewhat dialed in before.
