Best TBI combo w/ papers?

Just wondering if some of you guys with all the mods 350, vortec heads, holley 670, etc mods have any HP numbers from a dyno?
1/4 miles times or dyno numbers with the papers to show?

I know alot of peeps have been working hard on improving their TBI setups, just wondering if there have been any proven HP outcomes?

Thanks,
Keep up the good TBI work!!

I think within the next year or so you will see some really good things. Pablo and Jprevost have some of the fastest TBi cars out there. They are proof that the pudding lies in tuning. The importance of tuning has now taken over and transfromed some 17 second TBI cars down into the 14's. I can see the poo getting thick in this thread. Lets not have another TBI war bashing each others opinions or personal TBI endeavors. We should be seeing some mid 13's from guys like Chuck!, Dimented, Dewey, and a few others I can't think of off hand.

I believe he is now but I think his first fast times were with TBI. I could be wrong.

I'm not sure what he ran before he swapped the carb on but now he can't get it started with a TBI on top of the engine.

edit: I think the best times posted came from r90camarors with his bad 383 combo. I think he was trapping around 106 with a somewhat tuned engine and the Holley 670.

I'm curious also. Almost time to replace the motor in the formula.

Maybe hooking the 4bbl holley tbi tb up to the factory computer and halving the pulswidths would be a start to the fuel problems at high rpm? Worst case would be to use a fuel solenoid from a nitrous kit for more fuel, but don't know how effective that would be. I want to make the tbi work, but not getting alot of encouragement from everybody. I guess I need to order some chips for the formula and get to burning/experimenting.

that holley 900 with sequestial opening butterflies looks like a damm good idea. cept with earlier units i have read some comments (on this form)/ some complaints on tunability. ECU related? not sure if the 2004 units are confiqured differently than early ones. the holley booth an nhra was confident the unit is well engineered. seems like my 670 cfm opens too quickly. kinda klutsy?

Fastest time so far has been a 15.3 1/4 at 92mph. Granted the engine has less than 5K on it with a comp cams cam but with stock heads. From what everyone has been saying about computer tuning I think I could be in the mid 14s with just tuning if I could learn how to do it and get the equipment to do it. It would be nice to find someone close to me and let them try to do it and see what happens.
