I think I'm ready.
I have a 350 block. 4 bolt main.
Give me some ideas for components to make power while keeping my TBI and running 91 octane. I want the car to be quick off the line & have progressive power to 5000 rpm (redline).
I was thinking as a time stand point that low 13's or high 12's will make me happy & a contender for most of the street cars around here.
I have a 700R4 & 2.73's. The gears are going to be changed. I was thinking 3.42.
I already have a tuning shop lined up to do the tuning for me. So there is no need to preach about the tuning. I still might even swap to carb so I can get more power.

There is alot you can do its just a matter of how you want to do it. I dont know a whole heck of alot when it comes to hookin a camaro up with some BIG HP but I do know there are alot of options out there for you. I would say tell us what you were thinking about doing and get started that way.

Another idea I just got was purchasing the Whipple GM 1989-1995 5.0/5.7 TBI SuperCharger.
http://www.whipplesuperchargers.com/...sp?ProdID=1139
It says it will increase horsepower up to 50%.
But does anyone know if that is 50% more over stock or is that 50% more on a built engine already pushing some hp numbers?
Yeah I know. Do a
Already did & couldn't find what I wanted to know. If I do another search on that subject I will

Forget the supercharger for now. It costs way more than should ever be spent on a TBI set-up. A simple vortec headed and stout cammed motor with the right tuning can be pretty scary.

What would you recommend for cam durations?

I used comp cams 08-500-8 with stock vortec heads to put me right at 13.8 in the 1/4 mile. Don't forget about traction control and suspension.
Vortec heads weren't completely stock- I put new springs on them.

Cost to buy and install was more than my car was worth (at the time).
