Welcome aboard!
There is a fuse that protects the pumps circuits located on the fuse box itself (there's a pull down panel located down under the dash).
However, up front, there is a fuel pump relay fuse which protects the fuel pump relay. That is known to blow out, causing a no-start condition in which the pump does not prime nor start.
When you turn the key to the on position, not starting it, do you hear the pump prime for 2 seconds? If yes, skip this next step, if not, give this a try.
If you have a Camaro, look under the hood, by the radiator overflow and the battery. You will see a little inline 20a fuse in a weatherpack protector. Look at that and make sure it isn't blown. If you have a Firebird, look on the vertical radiator support, battery side. Same 20a weatherpack fuse holder. If that fuse goes out, it cuts power supply to the fuel pump relay, which in turn, cuts all power to the pump, priming or normal running conditions.
