Spitting fuel

While my mechanic was checking out my other problems he noiticed that my throttle body inbetween the mist was just letting fuel drip down. He said this could be one of my problems with the uneasyness, the miss-feeling and how it breaks up when you rev it up? If thats the case, what needs to be done? New throttle body or injectors? Its allso backfireing outof the throttle body if that means anything

I noticed in you profile it says you have a Caprice 350. What all did you swap over to get the 350 up and running in your car? You need 350 injectors, a 350 PROM/chip, 350 ESC module, and a 350 knock sensor. If you already know this, than just disregard, just want to make sure I understand what you've done.

How long has it been since the engine's had a good tune-up (spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap, rotor, oxygen sensor, etc.). Have you checked fuel pressure and/or timing recently?

Ok theres the first of the delema. All of which you just named is still the 305 stuff. Timing and tune was just done like 4 nites ago. The car deffinatly runs alot better, but it didndt stop the constant backfires and sputtering and stalling. Im thinking of just converting it to carbuerator and eleminating the whole fuel issue
