For an intake on the 305 TBI engine, is it the same bolt pattern as the older style heads?

What I mean is would this intake bolt up to a older block?

Doe that mean center bolt valve cover heads?

What is the difference?

Is it that the bolts are at a different angle?

Or is the mounting surface a different angle?

The four center bolt hols are at a different angle. You can make any post '87 intake work on '86 or earlier heads but you will need to wallow and modify those 4 center holes. There are so mnay intake you can you it is just easier to buy one that fits to your heads.

It would probably be easier to buy an aftermarket intake... maybe I'll see one in the classified section.

If anyone reads this and has one for sale, send me an email:
