hp?

I was thinking of building a 1992 l03 with 081 tpi heads with 1.6rr. The cam would be lt1 cam and the intake would be edelbrock performer, top off with 670 cfm holley tbi. So what u think about hp and 1/4 times? Yes, there will be a custom chip so it would run its best.

Your combo is a very popular one among TBI modders and with proper chip work you should see mid to high 14's. That combo won't need a larger TBI yet so I would spend that money on larger injectors and a high flow fuel pump. You may want to consider some suspension upgrades and a gear swap to help make use of all your new power.

I was hoping to be in the high 13. I though I would be able to get in the 14 sec with gears and exhaust and intake?

You probably can see high 14's but that is a far cry from 13's. Even a cam swap from there will most likely take another 1/2 second from your ET. It takes on average 100hp to decrease your ET a full second (assuming you are already in the 14's).
