Injector Pod spacer

My injector pod gasket is so cracked that it'll be useless if I try to remove the pod. Can anyone send me an ACTUAL SIZE scan so I can cut one out of a piece of plastic? Also, is it really necessary for this to be a solid piece? Can the spray pattern get distorted if there was a gap under the base of the pod?

Eww... I would just see if you can get a replacement at the dealer or find a TBI rebuild kit for sale. Jegs, Summit and those places will have these in ready supply as well I would guess.

Don't risk making one yourself. My advice.

You can buy a Jegs injector spacer for like $19.
