1.6 Rocker arms
I found a cheap, but decent looking pair of rocker arms on summit's site. They are part number PRO-66915 . Could someone please look at them and tell me if they will work? There is a whole bunch of crazy technical stuff that I dont know what the answer is to. Thank you so much guys.

I posted this exact question a little while back, I was told they were junk and to stay away from that brand. You may want to try these... http://www.sdpc2000.com/catalog/1956...Arms-87-UP.htm
Don't both reading the description its for the wrong part, but the specs on it are still good, and they do come with the pivot ball and nut.

the ones I linked will fit, its just that if you look at the site it shows the wrong description for that part even though it is the right part. The one I linked is stamped 1.6 rockers with the nut and pivot ball. Its the one you need.

I did a good bit of research on 1.6 rockers and decided I was going with a cam instead so I'm glad someone could get some use out of it.
