383 Buildup

This may be a bit of a stretch but could anyone offer up some suggestions on a 383 buildup? I've got a '91 RS with the L03, smog delete, edelbrock tbi intake, stock tbi, 700r4 with TransGo shift kit, fresh posi w/3.42 and I'm dying to go to the next level. I was going to mod my L03 with upgrades to the heads, cam and tb but I think I'd prefer to bump up the cid instead of maxing out the 305.

I figure I'll stick with the edelbrock tbi and bore it out to 2", the the tb should I go with the holley 670 for the 5.7 or the 454 tb?

I think I'll continue with the performer series heads, I haven't decided on the cam/crank/rod length yet.

I'm very fluent with computers so I'm gonna take a crack at the prom burning but I'm not sure if I should get an ecm from a 5.7 tbi truck/caprice etc.

I plan to start with a bare 350 bored .030 preferably 86 or newer with the 1 piece rear main seal(unless anyone can suggest otherwise). Get a 400 crank with the main journals turned down to 2.45 for the 350 and go with the 5.7 or 6" rods. Not sure what pistons i'm going to use yet but I'd like to keep the compression at about 9-9.5:1

Any insight would be greatly appreciated,
