any one know if more spring pressure is more fuel, or does it work the opposite way?

Shoot for 30 psi and put the 305 injectors back in. They flow 55#/hr (at about 11 psi) which is more then the 4.3l injectors flow. As a general guideline for an engine that goes to 6,000 RPM the BPC needs to be 90 or lower. Using async mode as you are helps with the duty cycle, but gets quirky at lower engine speeds.

ok, i got the pressure WAY up with the stock L03 injectors....way cool, world of difference, but you did spark my interest with the Asynch mode. Can i make that work with me on WOT to? I know it comes on on deceleration, i was looking for a way to make it come on full throttle, but i dunno

By setting these parameters as they are, you are in async mode 99% of the time:

Minimum BPW Hyst Value 13008.25 Usec
Minimum BPW 10919.00 Usec
