Anyone know what I can expect from my LO3 in terms of 1/4 times.

I want someones gestimate with internal work done. I know with bolt ons I can run like 14.8's but what about with say a ZZ4 cam some sort of upgraded heads and some good tuning ontop of bolt ons.
