Differences in TBI units?

Differences in TBI units?
I'm doing the "Ultimate" TBI mods from the tech articles, on a TBI unit from a 91 Blazer.
One of the TBI units has a "61" marking on it, the other one has a "75" marking on it. Whats the difference? Are they interchangable?
I also did the Adjustable fuel pressure mod from the tech articles and I left it set at where it was originally.
