L69 on TBI, A.I.R. and air pump questions
Okay, I got my L69 dual snorkle air cleaner
all painted up, with a 1" taller chrome lid and a repro "5.0 Liter H.0. sticker", now I just need to get the damn thing on! I've wanted on of these forever.
1. There are 2 thermac devices, do I run them both to the sensor? I was thinking of connecting the 2 smaller tubes from the thermacs to a larger one, which would go
on the sensor.
2. A.I.R. box(?) is in the way if I rotate the air cleaner so it's centered.
What is the relationship between the A.I.R.
and the air pump?
If I had to get rid of one, would it render
the other useless?
Can I expect any trouble codes if I'm getting rid of one or both.
I don't want a car that takes along time to warm up or stalls when cold. This is my reasoning behind keeping themacs devices.
thanks

If you remove the air system, the only code you might throw is for the EGR. But more immportantly, what type of emissions testing do you have to go thru? If it's like CA's you probably won't pass.

Emissions? hehe. Don't exist...here. Guess
I'll (actaully my friend, whenever he gets around to it) will relocate the A.I.R. box
