I'm not an expert on the subject, but from all the posts I've seen, the caddy setup is simply a cold air induction setup, not a dual snorkel. The dual snorkel is the L69 ('82-'84? Z-28) air cleaner. I have one on my L03, it cost me about $60. It needed some sanding and paint, but no big deal. I also Have the truck air cleaner lid for the bigger filter element. Unfortunately some people will charge outrageous amounts of money for one of these. Most going for at least $100 and one is for sale right now for like $300. Absolutely crazy. It really is cheaper to make your own.

I have the L69 air box (no ducts or hoses). Should you be interested, please PM me.

This is what most people are refering to. The L69 (5.0 HO engines) came with a stock dual snorkel set-up. These are scarce though and you can find them on ebay and in the classifieds from time to time. You may even get lucky and find one in your local junk yard. I found one for $20 in a tiny yard once.

Modern Day Muscle, a board sponsor, sells the ducts (or one duct, but it'll fit both sides) and Ram Air Box out of Canada sells air box, ducts, and scoops (i.e. expensive). Do a search on my name (JamesC) in the classifieds for price and pics.
