Well the blower sold on ebay. Now all i have to do is pull it off and ship it.. i'm going to get some pictures and video of the car before i remove it (hopefully).

The bike (2001 Yamaha YZF600R) was totalled on saturday (dec 30). A drunk, homeless lady on a bicycle walked out to the middle lane of a 6 lane highway (3 lanes each way) and just stopped at 11 at night. To avoid hitting/killing her I had to lay it over about 50mph.

Broken hand, knee, etc, and fun ambulance ride.

Of course there were a million witnesses and she even admitted fault to the cop, so my insurance will take care of everything. Cop didn't even write her a ticket because he said "she won't be able to pay it, and we'll just be paying for her to live in jail." I can see that point of view, but damn she nearly killed me, maybe she belongs in jail.


Anyway, I had to get an R6 to replace yzf.. Tell me what yall think..

P.S. R6 has 120+Horsepower and weighs 370lbs.

Stock 1/4 is 10.7 :-)

Dittos on the sympathy. On the bike, I too like Yammy's and have own a few in my time.

I am prohibited from ever owning another motorcycle (wife would kill me before the bike would), but a lot of my buddies are into "Max". They are awesome, especially when they are modded.

If you want to consider a "Max", let me know. I'll try and link you up with one buddy that has completely redone his. Not just exhaust, but over bored, cams, etc. It does NOT sound like a bike, but a pro-stocker. Definitely one of the most awesome bikes I have seen on the road.

 

Gotta love bikes...I kinda regret giving up my zx7r...cause now the girl isnt gonna make it easy to get a new one. At least i only gave it to my dad, so i can still cruise it every once in a while. stock ten second 1/4...definitely gotta love the bikes.
