Is my new Tbi Intake supose to be like this (pics within please look)

the circled area isnt smooth it feels like the finish on the outside of the intake, is it supose to be like this, should i return it, btw i bought it new

It's fine. The diameter of the ROUGH area is just a little bigger than the diameter of the finishing tool they used to finish the bore... Polish (kielbasa) it if it makes you feel better but I'd just leave it.
