LT1 cam in TBI 305

hey guys,
I got a 305 w/ TBI sitting all alone that I want to tinker with. I also have an LT1 cam out of a 96 Z. What hp/torque gains am I looking at if I swap this cam in. The motor is going in a '72 Nova and will have open element, headers & a good full exhaust. No headwork, stock intake.
Also, do I need to swap out any other valvetrain components i.e. springs, etc.?

it's not a stroker>>>>>>I haven't got to change my sig. I first was gonna write 383 stroker "coming soon", but then I said to myself it's not here yet so just write what I got.

i would suggest changing the intake if you want to use that cam. the stock intake is pretty lame and might not handle it too well.
