I am going to buy an Eldebrock TES and I was wondering if the TPI version fits with all the TBI's emission controls properly. I have to keep my air injection setup, but I already have an open element air filter so I don't need the Thermac riser. I have a cheap L98 exhaust setup that I am going to pick up so will the TPI headers work and keep my ride legal? Also will the full L98 exhaust hurt my torque? This is my daily driver so I want some torque also. Any replies would be appreciated.

 

it will work and hook up to all the normal emissions stuff. you will hafta change the cat along with it though. it won't hook up to the toy cats that come on our cars.

I am going to pick up a full L98 exhaust from some guy for $40. It comes with the cat so I can use that one and get rid of the stock 2 1/4 one
