Y pipe and reducers

Do exhaust shops usually have reducers or will I have to buy them before I go to the shop? The headers are hooker shorties.

What is a good price for a set of reducers? will other brands like hedman reducers work as long as it's for the 3 bolt flange and it's the same size?

What size Y-pipe does evryone recommend for a mostly stock 91 L03 manual? Only mods are gutted cat and the headers.
