i seaked and didnt find...
ok-ive been searching for the flow numbers of the 305 injectors and i cant find them (i should have it memorized but sometimes my brain does a memory dump without my permision
i wanna play with smaller injector sizes (with higher pressure) on my 350 just to see what happens
what is the formula for calculating flow i.e. 350 61# injectors at 17psi would flow ???
i want to know-at what pressure would i have to run 305 injectors at, inorder to match the flow of my 350 injectors.
after i mess with 305 injectors im then gonna try over pressurizing 4.3 injectors- just for shoots and giggles
so i quess im asking for 305 injector flow at a certain pressure and also the flow formula
thanx
----------
305 injectors are #55 right? and 4.3 are #45
so now all i need is the formula-still cant find it

thanks-
well i said shoots and giggles but im gonna see how well i can get the fuel to atomize and then start playing with things-like intake heat and such--kinda got the idea from smokey yunicks (<--spellin?) vapor fiero. not the same consept but still got me thinkin. the whole fun of hot rodin to me isnt knowing that it will or will not work-its doing it and seeing and feeling for myself why it does or doesnt work-then i can tinker with it until i turn blue in the face and then move onto something else. its just what i do...
----------------------
after doing the math 4.3 injectors dont seem to need as high of a pressure to match my 350's as i was hoping.
now to start researching 2.8 injector flow #
2.8 lb/hr??
im not sure if i saw it on this site or one of the others but someone has done this before. im thinking about filling up the water passages in my intake after i get the fuel atomizing really well. colder charge plus no fuel puddling...still tinkering............
