While I was trying to get my car running last night I found out that my TPS only goes up to 4 volts instead of the 5 volts that it is supposed to. Is this screwing me over by not letting the computer go in to a Open Throttle mode?

what is the voltasge with it closed? it should be close to .5 volts. make sure that is right first, then check the WOT voltage.
