Anybody used Ramairbox.com's dual snorkel?

About to order a dual snorkel setup from www.ramairbox.com and I was just wondering if any of my TBI brethren are currently running their product. Looks like a good deal, 4in. inlets, smooth tubing, no thermac garbage. Any feedback would be great!

Thanks!

I don't have it, but was also considering it for my Caprice 9C1.

I'll take a couple days of no responces as a no. Once I make the order I'll have to post a reveiw off this high flow unit. The e-mailed me today and said their setup for the 82-92 TBI flows over 780 cfm and has a ram effect of 2-4 psi at 60 mph. Sounds good but what does it do on the track? They say 4 tenths over the single snorkel...we'll see.

It's like a open element but with cold air and ram air advantages. For the price I would probably not get it if I had a stock Lo3. If I had something on the more radical side then I would consider it as an alternative to the conventional open ele. One setup that I want to make is an SS hood with an dual snorkel setup and an extream flow top. I would have it well insulated and I think that would be the best of both worlds. High flow, cool, and ram air if you do it right.
Do let us know how you like the setup.

A couple of things to think about. I called pierre at Ramair and for a 91 camaro you have to install a smaller coolant recovery tank and a few other mods I can't recall.
YO gotta figure out where you are going to put the snorkles to get cold air. They are 4" so you can take out a headlight on each side but the stock snorkle scoops that mount under the hood don't flow much and are only 3" as I recall.Let us know if you do this and what you end up with. Also check the archives there is another thread on this..........bob
