Difference between SR Torqs and SR Torqs 305?

Difference between SR Torqs and SR Torqs 305?
I saw them on Summit they have the same specs
so what is the difference? The only difference i saw was that the 305's had the "50 state legal" thingy. Which are best and emissions legal.
