question on fuel pressure

ok i put the crane compucam 2031 in my bird (big improvement over stock) and on the spec card it says an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is required for the cam. well i printed out the directions from the tech article on how to adjust the fuel pressure regulator on the tbi, but the question is should it be more or less pressure, anyone have an idea on what the pressure should be? thanx in advance for any help

12 psi is a good start, maybe a little lower. Thats what my brother is running on a 310 with INtake cam and Vortec heads so I would saay atrt at near 11 or 12 and see how that works.
