October Issue of Chevy High Performance

Has any one seen the October issue of CHP? It's got a couple of articles of 3rd gen Camaros. Not much on TBI but some good info on suspension upgrades and a really cool looking hugger orange 3rd Gen on the cover. What do you guys think about not going over 200 degrees on intake duration for a 305? Do you guys think the SR Tourger heads and that cam are a good combo for TBI 305's?

The L69 carb 305 and the LB9 TPI 305 had intake durations of 202-203. I don't know why they are selecting such a weak cam. I would have run at least 206 intake duration. Especially since they have 3.73 gears.

I've been following this story since the first issue when they bought the camaro for $271. I made it a mission to do whatever they did to that car(if they hit mid 14s) to my LO3. So far I still have that mind set... unless someone on this board comes with something better(like 13s!!!) then Ill do that.

Lates.
