i might find out later if i have some spare time and if i can find something to weigh it, have a whole lo3 in my garage just sitting there and the intake it held on with 2 bolts

 

Since it's aluminum I would probably guess between 15 and 20 pounds.

 

I weighed my old one and it is 17.25 lbs.
