Tools: You'll need a cherry picker. You'll need lots of metric and standard tools. Remove distrib, TB, and coil. Unhook fuel lines from the rubber fittings next to the power steering! Be careful, have somebody watch underneight that your tranny lines don't get bent when you pull it. You don't need to remove the radiator or accessories! If you have A/C which I think you do, just tie it off to the side but don't bend the solit tubes!
Support the engine with the picker, unbolt the tranny bolts, tcc from flexplate, and motor mounts. Pull engine. Swap all the sensors over EXCEPT the knock sensor. You need to pickup a knock sensor for a 350. Reinstall engine! It's that easy.
I recommend an 8" harmonic balancer and a new waterpump when you do the swap. With that said, you should have the swap done in a 20 hour weekend. That's if you have all the parts and a few friends that know what they're doing.
Are you going to be using the stock 8746 ecm? If so you might want to pickup a cop car eprom. They are the only vehicle to use a 350 (the lo5) and the 8746 ecm!
E-mail if you need hookups for the eprom and trust me...you WILL want the cop car eprom if you do the swap.

It is pretty much a bolt in but there are a number of additional things you need to do.
Off the top of my head you need to change your injectors to the 350 61# or the 68# cop injectors. Use a 350 knock sensor and ESC module and the 350 cop chip will make it run pretty well, especially if you have an auto trans.
I would at least put a better cam in the engine if you can afford it. IF you got the time and money I would sell
the new lo5 swirl port heads and get some
better versions. this would require more prom work. There is a TON of stuff on this swap in the achives and it is worth your while to spend some time reading up. I could not have done my swap without this board and
the posts regarding this specific swap. I know I forgot some stuff so check out the archives
Good luck............bob
