Runs better cold.

Just curious, why does my car seem to run so much better when it is ice cold in the mourning....It accelerates better, and shifts WAY harder in the mourning....Is this common on LO3's??? It does not run hot at all ever...160 hi-flow therm, Water wetter....Thanks, Tom

Re: Runs better cold.

cooler intake and operating temps=more power.. thicker oil from the cold=harder shifts..
