Better then what you have now, but its still a stock cam with fairly low durations and lift. What do you ultimately want to do with the motor?

I actually have a tbi 355 with this cam in it...but I'm about to put a better cam in the 355 and later on I plan on buying a 305 camaro/firebird and I was just wondering if the leftover cam would help out a little 305. Got any estimates on how much power is would add?

If you put better heads like the LB9 heads it would probably make around 220 at the crank with that cam when properly tuned. If the car has a full 3" exhaust and a decent intake it would probably make around 250 or so.
