My question is that my engine surges off idle in gear (as soon as I take my foot off the accel. pedal). WOT there are no problems. On the WUD my surging follows my O2 sensor. My cam has a overlap but not that much.

Does anyone know of anyone or any shop the can tune my car in the Chicago area. Of course, I'll pay. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated

 

How's your VE? Pretty much dialed in? If so, try enabling the Open loop Decel option. Option Word 3, Bit 5.
Worked for me...I had a couple spots that would do that until I enabled it
