Re: TBI Induction Kit

Yes, but if it actually comes with that hose it would be of little use to you. I would also think you could buy most of that stuff separately for much less. Unless you absolutely HAVE to have the chrome lid. That is a taller truck lid which allows for the taller filter, good idea. I went to a junk yard, grabbed one off a truck for $20, sanded and painted it flat black...works great. Those injector spacers can be had for ~$15-$25 (including shipping) depending on where you find it. The TBI spacer (at least the one they have listed) is like $60, but they can come cheaper especially if you get a used one from ebay. The powercharger is $45. And a new K&N is ~$40. The fuel line extensions are $25 and I'm not even positive those are 100% necessary. Someone else may know better. So you're talking Between $190 and $215 in a worst case scenario. They're asking $235 for the kit. It'd be wiser to just get the individual parts IMHO.

I would imagine it is likely you would see an improvement from all those pieces, but I'd guess it wouldn't be huge.

Re: TBI Induction Kit

There are far cheaper ways to get better results than what that kit will offer.

I would go with an open element air cleaner and an injector spacer and be done with all of it. You ought to be able to get a Pro Flo 1000 Edelebrock air cleaner for around $25.00 with the washable foam filter and you can get an injector spacer off o ebay for around $10.00 plus shipping.
