A couple of questions, intake, TB, and injectors
Ok so I installed one of these today:

And plugged up the vaccuum line that connected to the bottom of the old intake pan and didn't connect back the wierd circular sensor which can be seen here:

I think this is the air pressure sensor--but either way this makes my check engine light go on after a few minutes or a good amount of throttle. My question here on this sensor is what is it and will my car misbehave without it?
Another question regards a throttle body spacer. Do they provide any more airflow and or do they make the "sucking" noise from the intake louder? My buddy installed one on his early 90's 302 Mustang GT and it made a very loud sucking noise--which I loved. I'm wanting to reproduce the same effect.
My last question is how hard is it to change the injectors--I can see where the top of them are in my throttle body. And would it even benefit me to put performance ones in?
Thanks in advance for any info.

That is your Intake Air Temperature sensor. If you don't have a hole in the base of the filter for it, you can drill one or just temporary zip tie it to the firwall for now.

The circular hole is where the air temp sensor (in the pic on the other post) goes...so what is the other thing in this pic?
