i am having the an issue with my ride (91 caprice w/L03) feeling like its getting gas when my foot is on the brake, just to rule some things out, i have replaced my EGR and solenoid, TPS, IAC, MAP along with some cracked vacuum hoses, PCV valve/grommit/hose and rebuilt the throttle body as well as had the car checked for exhaust leaks (exhaust guys says none although there is a ticking while warming up). i have yet to solve the issue, although my plugs and wires are less than a year old thats going to be my next guess since the mechanic who did them last was incompetent and while im at it ill throw in some new o2 sensors. any help on figuring this one out is GREATLY appreciated because im stumped,

on the other side, im not sure if this would be related but, when i get anywhere over 2000 rpm and let of the gas the rpms will drop to about 2-300 and pop back up again like it was nothing

 

do the full tune up, reset timing, and perform the iac relearn. you will need to search for it.
