hey guys her is my dilema i have an 88 305 auto bone stock that was running good my prob arose when i took the intake off to fix a busted thermostat housing bolt cant remember if i unbolted the manifold right
i got new gaskets tourqed it to spec followed pattern fired up real high idle adjusted timing down and she was running fine shut it off whent back to work came home started it and she just died after a bit it ran but low rpm to high surge sprayed intake thought it was just a vacume leak on drivers side took intake off same way as tourqed it down and re did the gaskets same thing wondering what the possability of having a warped intake after not unbolting it the right way the first time
